2 cups Sugar
1 cup Water
1 tbs Vinegar
100's & 1000's (optional)
Stir over medium heat until sugar has completely dissolved.
Bring to the boil; reduce heat slightly.
Boil without stirring for 20 mins (it's ready when a drop of the mixture in cold water hardens).
Pour into little patty cases and decorate with 100's & 1000's.
Leave to set at room temperature.
