Introduction

Ingredients

    3 cans cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
    2 bottles artichoke salad (artichokes, roasted red peppers and green olives in vinegar and oil)
    1 can black olives (6 oz)
    1/4 cup balsamic or red wine vinegar
    2 teaspoons Mrs Dash garlic and herb seasoning
    1 tsp ground black pepper

Directions

Mix all ingredients and let sit in refrigerator to marinate for 30 minutes to an hour. Serve over baby spinach with pita bread.
