Seafood Egg white omelet

Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 small onions
    6 mushrooms
    1 small red pepper
    1 small green pepper
    1 can of shrimp
    1 can of crab
    1/3 cup of Parmesan cheese
    1 c. egg whites
    season to taste

Directions

Cut up all of the vegetable and put them in a frying pan to cook on medium heat. When the vegetables are partially done, add the shrimp and crab and stir so that everything is evenly distributed in the pan. Add the egg whites and continue to let cook until the omelet is cooked about half way through. Then put in the oven and broil on high until the omelet is cooked the whole way though. Sprinkle the cheese on top, and continue to broil until melted and slightly browned. Change up the vegetables and add anything you have!
