This reciped was delicious, but when we crunched the calories ourselves, you were way off-we made this thinking it was going to be only 120 calories, but it comes out to be more like 400 per serving. The tator tots alone were 200 calories per serving. Very tasty, but not as healthy as it appears. - 2/3/09

Sounds yummy but the calories are waaaay off. The tater tots alone have 150 calories for 3 oz (this recipe would have 4 oz per serving because its a 32 oz bag divided by 8), and, that's before adding cheese, meat, soup etc...Sodium levels would also be much higher than listed...yummy but sinful - 2/11/09

Very tasty!! I did change it up a little and used low fat Brocolli and cheese soup instead of Mushroom. I also put brocolli in instead of the corn and green beans. - 2/5/09

Very easy to make, and it tasted great, my husband loved it. Instead of the cream of mushroom I used cream of chicken low sodium. We had enough food for dinner, and I got to bring it to work for 3 days for lunch! - 2/11/09

The recipe is very tasty but as others have said the NI is WAY off. I calculated 10 servings (it makes a lot) at 340 calories per. I used Healthy Request soup and 2% shredded cheese... - 2/9/09
