Garlic Pork Roast

Introduction

Quick and easy in the crock pot and very good. Even my kids like it. Quick and easy in the crock pot and very good. Even my kids like it.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    1 (2 pound) boneless pork roast or tenderloin
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 potatoes, quartered
    1 tbsp onion power
    4 cloves garlic
    1 (14.5 ounce) can chicken broth

Directions

Heat oil in large heavy skillet. Season meat with salt and pepper and onion powder, and brown in oil.
In a slow cooker, layer potatoes and garlic. Place browned roast on top of vegetables, and pour in chicken broth.
Cover, and cook on low setting for 6 hours.
