*Blue Bonnet Light Margarine, 3 tbsp
*Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, enriched, calcium-fortified, .20 cup
Milk, 1%, 2 cup
CARL BUDDIG, Smoked Sliced Beef, 2 packages
Salt and Pepper to taste
Serving size is about 1/4 cup.
I love this served on toast or mashed potatoes.

I think the whole wheat flour was a bit much for me- the next time I make it I will do half and half of white flour and whole wheat, I used the reduced sodium chipped beef and didn't add any more salt- way enough for me, and I used non fat milk and only 1 T of land of lakes whipped light butter... - 1/11/10
