Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    1 pound ground lamb
    1 cup breadcrumbs
    1 large egg
    1/4 cup milk
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 T. dried basil
    1/4 cup dried onion flakes

Directions

In a large bowl beat egg and milk together, add breadcrumbs and mix. Add lamb and spices and blend together. Shape into about 20 meatballs and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

  • Delicious dinner- my husband loved this! I used Panko instead of standard bread crumbs -this was a wonderful addition. I wondered if there was an error in the serving size. If the recipe makes 20 meatballs, and 1 meatball is a serving? This is about enough meatballs for 4 servings. - 8/19/09
