Introduction

I'm tried many baked chicken recipes and none worked for me. This is a trial and error recipe from several baked chicken recipes. The cooking time and temp are for my oven. Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    18 chicken drumsticks
    1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
    1 cup parmasan cheese
    1 Tbsp parsley flakes
    Salt and pepper to taste

    Equipment required:
    1 gallon plastic bag
    cookie sheet with silicon sheet

Directions

Preheat convection oven 350F.

Remove skin from drumsticks.
Salt and pepper drumsticks and set aside.

Place bread crumbs, cheese and parsley flakes in a gallon plastic bag.
Place a drumstick inside the bag and coat.
Place drumstick on a cookie sheet with non-stick silicon sheet.
Do the rest for the other drumsticks.

Bake for 15 minutes at 350F.
Bake another 30 minutes at 325F, until golden brown. Flip drumsticks during the halfway point.

You can save the gallon plastic bag of remaining coating in the refrigerator for future drumsticks.
