Jen's Pair it up Pancakes

Introduction

Jen, a fantastic personal trainer & previous client, decided to pair it up the body for life pancakes and my muscle bread recipe. They are fabulous. A must try. Jen, a fantastic personal trainer & previous client, decided to pair it up the body for life pancakes and my muscle bread recipe. They are fabulous. A must try.
Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    1 cup oats
    1 cup fat free cottage cheese
    6 egg whites
    1 T vanilla extract
    1 T cinnamon
    11/2 T Splenda
    1/2 t baking powder
    1 scoop of your favorite protein powder
    (Jen enjoys the optimum nutriiton cookies and cream, but I use banana pudding BSN.)

Directions

Put all ingredients in blender. Mix well. Then, pour batter on to a griddle. Cook on one side until batter has little bubbles. Then, flip and cook for 3 more minutes. Complete until all 15 cakes are made.
