Introduction

Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    2 lbs ground venison( no fat)
    1 lb chicken breast skinless tenderloin
    2 large onions chopped
    1 bell pepper chopped
    1 15oz can mushrooms
    4 cups fresh tomatoes crushed
    1 can dark kidney beans(drained)
    1 can light kidney beans(drained)
    1 can pinto beans (drained)
    1 can red beans (drained)
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1 can baked beans (drained)
    chipotle pepper
    garlic powder
    ground paprika
    ground red pepper
    onion powder
    ground white pepper


Directions

in a 5 qt cast iron dutch oven, place olive oil and saute onions, ground meat, chicken, and bell pepper-cook on lmedium heat for about 15 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients.
Left the peppers for the individual taste. We like it real hot!,
