Ham and Veggie Stir Fry

Introduction

Very low calorie AND sodium! Very low calorie AND sodium!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    4 cups choppeed Nappa cabbage
    1 cup chopped mushrooms
    1/2 cup chopped scallions, white and green
    1 cups Chinese broccoli
    1 Tbls Rice wine (or sherry)
    1 tsp ground ginger
    2 tsp minced garlic
    1 lb. diced ham (Cumberland Gap or similar)
    3 Tbls cornstarch

Directions

Heat oil in large wok or skillet. Add garlic and stir for about 30 seconds. Add all vegetables and stir constantly while on medium high heat. When brocolli is bright green and nappa is semi-soft, add diced ham just to heat.

Meanwhile, mix remaining items with 1/4 cup water and use whisk to blend well. While stirring, add to wok and mix quickly. Remove from heat and serve over rice.
