Joey's Vegetable Bean Soup

Ingredients

    4 cups Broccoli Florets
    2 cans Campbell tomato soup
    4 cans water
    2 cups seasoning blend (onions, celery, bell peppers)
    2 tbsp minced garlic
    2 cans Ranch Style black beans
    2 cans Ranch style pinto beans
    2 tbsp garlic powder
    1 tbsp Tony Chachere's Cajun seasoning
    2 tbsp minced onions
    1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
    2 cups sliced mushrooms

Directions

Mix all ingredients into a dutch oven size pan except for chopped mushrooms. Cook covered on a medium heat for 30 minutes and then add chopped mushrooms. Cook for another 15 mins. and then serve.
