Lowfat Meatloaf

Number of Servings: 6


    Ground Turkey - (19-20 ounces)
    Tomato Sauce - 8 ounce can
    Onion - 1/4 of medium - chopped
    Saltine Crackers - 7
    Egg - 1 large
    Salt to taste
    Pepper to taste
    Garlic Powder to taste


Mix all ingredients togethers (using only 1/2 can tomato sauce). Place mixture in a loaf pan that has been sprayed with non-stick spray. Pour remaining tomato sauce over top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Let stand for 5 minutes. Can be served with ketchup.
