Carrot Raisin Salad with Yogurt

Ingredients

    4 Carrots, grated
    1/2 small apple, chopped
    1/2 cup raisins
    1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
    3.5 tsp. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
    1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

Grate carrots into a large bowl, add chopped apples and raisins. In a separate bowl mix yogurt with brown sugar, pepper, and cinnamon to make a sauce. Then pour over carrot mix and toss till coated. Let the flavors marry for about one hour before serving for the best flavor.
