Introduction

This is a delicious recipe that my husband loves. It is easy and fast to cook and is very filling. This is a delicious recipe that my husband loves. It is easy and fast to cook and is very filling.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    3 eggs
    1 green bell pepper
    1 large yellow onion
    2 tsp 1% milk
    2 oz shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

In a small bowl beat the three eggs with a fork until fluffy, add in the 2tsp of milkand 1 oz of cheese. Chop up the bell pepper and the onion and place in a hot skillet, saute until tender. Add in the egg mixture. Pour the eggs over the bell peppers and onions and cook until no longer runny. Top with cheese and enjoy! Makes 2 servings.
