Introduction

Make-Ahead freezer burritos, cut calories by using egg beaters Make-Ahead freezer burritos, cut calories by using egg beaters
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    Eggs
    Sour Cream
    Saly
    Pepper
    Sharp Cheese
    HAshbrowns
    Tortilla (prefer carb balance) 4 inch, but calories were calucate dusing 8 inch
    peppers

Directions

1. Scrambled Eggs
2. Combine potato, scrambled eggs, sour cream and salt
3.Lay all the tortillas out n a work surface. Divide mixutre evenly among tortilla(approx 1/2 cup), sprinkle cheese
4. Wrap each tortilla burrito style, flash freeze fot 2 hours, wrap each burrito individually. Divide among freezer bags

Microwave
remove foil, defrost, and reheat

oven
bake in tin foil at 375 for 30 minutes
