Creamy Low Carb Cheesecake (Low Fat)

This is a cheesecake that is made with splenda. If you don't like it to sweet you will need to reduce the splenda.

Ingredients

    19oz Fat Free Cream Cheese
    1 c splenda
    1/2 t vanilla
    3 eggs

Directions

PREHEAT oven to 300°F

BEAT cream cheese, splenda, and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended. Pour into a greased glass pie plate.

BAKE 1 hour or until center is set. Let cool completely. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Store leftover cheesecake in refrigerator.
