Ingredients



    * Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz) yields (remove)
    * Beans, red kidney, 2 cup (remove)
    * soy beans canned, 2 cup (remove)
    * chilli beans canned, 2 cup (remove)
    * Beans, white, 2 cup (remove)
    * Canned Tomatoes, 2 can (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Garlic, 6 cloves (remove)
    * *Canola Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    4 tbsp chilli powder
    2 tbsp oregano
    1 tbsp cumin
    1 tbsp cayenne pepper

Directions

saute onion garlic and papper intil tender.
add herbs and spices and saute for 1 min.
add all other ingredients. beans drained, tomatoes with juice.
add water if needed
simmer for 10 minutes.
