Introduction
Delicious dip I found a recipe for that I tweaked a bit to make it lower in fat and calories. My family gobbled this up at a recent holiday party! You could use a cheese made from rice or soy milk perhaps, but I don't know what it would taste like without the dairy milk cheese or with rice/soy cheese. Without the cheese I would imagine this would be too thin.

Made this for a carry-in at work. Some of us are eating healthy, some not so much! Everyone liked it! I used Smartbeat mayo, and like another person, I tripled the recipe, but not the onion. It was perfect. I would use a tad less hot sauce next time, tho. Otherwise, thanks for a great recipe! - 3/17/11
