Turkey Sausage veggie bake

Ingredients

    1 LBS Turkey Sausage
    3 medium potato
    3 cups cubbed acorn squash
    1 cup cherry tomato
    3 TBLS olive oil
    1 medium onion

Directions

Bake Sausage, onion, potatos, and squash in a baking sheet with 3 tbls olive oil drizzled over and coated. 400* 25 minutes stir and top with tomatoes bake 10 -15 minutes more or until sausage is browned.

Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt and pepper if desired.
