Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)
Carrots, raw, 3 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) (remove)
Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) (remove)
Zucchini, 2 cup, sliced (remove)
Cabbage, fresh, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
Dill weed, dried, 1 tsp (remove)
Club House Roasted Garlic & Pepers Seasoning, 2 tsp (remove)
Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
*Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp (remove)
*Uncle Ben's Long Grain & Wild Rice, 2 cup (remove)
Stir fry chicken until golden brown and set aside.
stir fry veggies until desired tenderness, add chicken, spices and soy sauce.
Server over rice.
