Salsa Chicken - my version

Introduction

I added corn and black beans to this popular spark recipe. I also only use a tiny bit of taco seasoning instead of the whole package. I added corn and black beans to this popular spark recipe. I also only use a tiny bit of taco seasoning instead of the whole package.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    6 Half Breasts of Chicken
    3 tsp Taco Seasoning
    1 can Healthy Request Cream of Celery Soup
    1 can Black Beans
    1 can Whole Kernel Corn
    1 cup Chunky Salsa

Directions

Lay chicken in crock pot. Sprinkle taco seasoning onto chicken. Pour salsa, soup, corn and beans on top of chicken. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Chicken will fall apart when done.

I serve with tortillas or white rice.

Makes great leftovers for lunch the following day!
