Beef and Broccoli

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/2 cp Steak Sauce
    1/4 cp low sodium Soy Sauce
    2-3 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 LB Round Steak, thinly sliced
    1 (16 oz) bag frozen Broccoli, bamboo, peppers, mushrooms (or use fresh veg)
    Cooked Brown Rice

Directions

In a small bowl, combine steak sauce, soy sauce and garlic. Pour marinade over steak in a dish or bag., refrigerate.
Remove steak from marinade, reserve marinade. In large lightly oiled skillet, medium heat, stir fry steak 3 to 4 minutes. Remove.
In same skillet, heat vegetables and reserved marinade to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 2 minutes. Add steak, serve over rice.
