Turkey Taco Salad

Ingredients

    1lb Lean Ground Turkey
    Taco Seasoning
    1 can corn
    Shredded Lettuce
    Chopped Tomato
    Salsa - to taste

Directions

Brown Ground turkey in pan, add taco seasoning, water and corn following directions on taco seasoning package. Shred lettuce and put on plate, chop up tomato and put on top of lettuce. Once Turkey and corn has finished cooking, add to top of lettuce and tomato on plate, top with 2 tbsp of salsa, and Enjoy!

There are several variations to this, you can add beans, tortilla chips, sour cream etc. Its quick and easy and very tasty!
