This is a chili that can be made in little time and is very tasty. You can add extras like grated 2% cheese and chips for a frito pie however, keep in mind that it will add calories and fat grams as well. Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Ground Turkey, 1 lb (93/7)
    Diced Tomatoes or Stewed Tomatoes,1 can
    Tomato Sauce, 1 can
    Ranch Style Pinto Beans, 2 cans
    Chopped Onion to taste
    Season with salt, pepper, garlic and chili powder to taste

Directions

Brown ground turkey and all all other ingredients. Heat to slight bubble and the lower heat and simmer until ready to eat.
