Ingredients

    1 lb extra lean ground beef
    1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
    1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
    1 large egg
    3 cloves garlic
    1/2 finely chopped onion
    1 T. dried oregano
    3 T. fresh parsley
    1/2 t. basil
    2 T. oat bran
    2 T. wheat germ

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pam-spray a loaf pan. Mix together all ingredients with your hands and mold into a loaf in the pan. Bake for 1 hour.
