3 c. AP flour
1/2 t. ground cinnamon
1 (15-oz) can sweet potatoes, drained and mashed
3/4 c. fat free milk
Preheat oven to 450F.
In medium bowl, combine baking mix and cinnamon. Add sweet potatoes and milk; stirring until well mixed.
Roll dough on floured surface to between 3/4 - 1 inch thickness. Cut with a 2 inch biscuit cutter or glass. Place on a non stick baking sheet. Bake for 10 - 12 minuted until golden brown.
