Introduction

Ingredients

    Better'n Peanut Butter, 2 tbsp
    Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla, 8 oz
    Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 3 packets (or less depending on taste preference)
    1 cup crushed ice

Directions

Cut or break banana into smaller chunks and put into blender. Add 1 cup of almond milk and blend for 30 seconds. Add the 2 tbps peanut butter substitute, splenda and 1 cup crushed ice and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour in tall glass and enjoy!

This can be used for breakfast, another meal substitute, or a higher calorie snack.
