Low sodium Chicken noodle soup

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    8 cups water
    8 tsp sodium free chicken bouillon(herb ox brand)
    1 lg stalk celery chopped
    1/2 cup chopped fresh onion
    1 cup fresh mushrooms
    4 cloves of garlic crushed
    1/4 tsp curry powder
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
    1lb chicken breast no skin
    6 cup egg noodles(12 oz package)


Directions

In a big kettle add all ingredients except noodles.
Cover and cook on high until chicken is cooked through. 15 to 30 minutes depends on if chicken is fresh or frozen.
Take chicken out and put in noodles.
Cut chicken into bite size pieces and put back into soup. Cover turn down to medium and cook until noodles are tender about 20-25 minutes longer. Serves 8 -1.25cup per serving.
