Broccoli with Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

    Cook frozen broccoli on stove top with one cup of water. Salt to taste. After broccoli is cooked to your preference, mix two tablespoons cornstarch in about 1/4 cup tap water until dissolved. Pour mixture into broccoli and cooking liquid and stir until thickened. Add one slice american cheese. Stir until blended.
