1 block soft or silken tofu
1 cup chocolate chips, melted w/ 1 Tablespoon water
1/4 cup soy milk
1/4 cup white sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 Graham cracker pie crust
Blend tofu, melted chocolate chips, soy milk, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Pour into pie crust.
Bake 20-30 minutes at 350F, until top is set.
