Quick Stir Fry

Ingredients

    10 oz Chicken Breast skinless left over
    1 bag of Birds Eye Frozen SteamFresh White Rice with Mixed Vegetable
    1 Bag Birds Eye Frozen Asparagus Stir Fry Vegetables
    1 Tbsp Low Sodium Soy
    1 Tbsp Teriyaki Merinade & Sauce

Directions

Chop the left over chicken. Cook Stir fry vegetables in a large skillet as instructed. After 2 minutes add the chicken. While they cook microwave the rice. When rice is finished add to the chicken vegetable mixture. Toss everything with soy and teriyaki cook for 2 more minutes and serve. Approximately 1 and 1/4 C per serving.
