    32 oz Ground Beef
    1/2 cup Ketchup
    1 small onion diced
    1 cup Hodgson Mill Multi Grain Hot Cereal
    2 large eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 tsp tyme
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1/2 tsp salt


Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 for about 45 minutes. Top with more ketchup or barbeque sauce if desired.
