Very Blueberry Muffins

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 1/3 c. Flour, white
    1 c. Oats
    1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
    1/2 tsp. Cinnamon, ground
    1 c. Milk, nonfat
    1 Tbsp. Canola Oil
    1 c. Blueberries, fresh
    1/4 c. Egg white
    1/4 c. Brown Sugar

Directions

Combine dry ingredients. Add milk, egg whites, and oil; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. Fold in blueberries. Srpay 12 medium cups with cooking spray or line with paper baking cups. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 425 for 25-30 min. or until light golden brown.
