Lauras Slow Cooker Chicken Cacciatore

Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (1.5 lbs)
    Salt and Pepper to taste
    1 lb whole mushrooms, trimmed and quartered
    2 minced garlic cloves
    1 14.5 can of stewed tomatos, drained
    1/4 t dried oregano

Directions

Place chicken in slow cooker. Season with salt and pepper. Add in remaining ingredients. Turn slow cooker on low.

Cook without stirring for 6-8 hours.

Serve over brown rice. Good with steamed veggies or a salad.
