Ingredients

1 lb. diced cooked chicken or turkey. May *substitue Cooked ground poultry of choice.
1 sm. onion, diced & sauted.
2 clvs. diced garlic.
1 14 oz.. can of Tomato Sauce.
2 c. Cooke Brown Rice
Directions
Dice or cook poultry of choice. Reserve to add last!
In pot, cook rice according to box instructions. Just before finished & ready to simmer, add the vegetables, garlic, & tomato sauce. Cover & set aside recommended time in directions.
Just before serving, add the Poultry- reheat & stir careful not to turn ingredients to MUSH by stirring too much. Serve with a sprinkle of cheddar cheese or Picante Sauce.
