Introduction

very very tasty slow cooked classic very very tasty slow cooked classic
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    8 rashers rindless streaky bacon, chopped into large pieces
    4 chicken breast cut into large chunks
    200g baby buttom mushrooms
    1tbsp plain flour
    400g can chopped tomatoes with garlic
    1 beef stock cube
    dash of worcestershire sauce
    handful of parsley leaves

Directions

Heat a shallow pan and sizzle the bacon
Throw in the chicken, fry for 2-3 min.
Turn up the heat and throw in the mushrooms
Cook for a few minutes, stir in the flower, and then cook until paste forms
Tip in the tomatoes, stir, then crumble into the stock cube. Bubble it all together for 10 minutes, splash in the Worces. sauce and parsley.
Serve with mashed potatoes or boiled rice
