Introduction

I love gyros so I had to come up with a low fat, low carb version. I eat this at least 2x a week. It fills me up and keeps me going till lunch. I love gyros so I had to come up with a low fat, low carb version. I eat this at least 2x a week. It fills me up and keeps me going till lunch.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 - 8" Whole Wheat Tortilla
    1/2 Frozen Steak Um
    2 Egg Whites
    5 Peeled Cucumber Slices
    1 Tomatoe slice cut in half
    1/2 tsp. Monteray Steak Seasoning (this makes it Ooooh so good.)

Directions

Place frozen Steak Um and seasoning in pan and cook till brown. Add egg whites and cook till done.
Warm tortilla in microwave for 20 seconds. This will help it bend without breaking.
When tortilla shell is done, stack cucumbers, tomatoe slices and sour cream on tortilla.
Place steak um and egg mixture on top and wrap like a burrito.
