Banana Pancakes

Introduction

Sweet enough to not need syrup! Sweet enough to not need syrup!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/2 cup flour
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 tb sugar
    1 large egg, beaten
    1 cup non fat milk
    2 tb canola oil
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    2 medium bananas, mashed

Directions

Sift together dry ingredients in medium sized bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir just until mixed, batter will be lumpy!

Pour aprox. 1/4 cup batter per pancake onto hot griddle or large frying pan sprayed lightly with Pam. Cook until both sides are golden brown.

Makes 12 pancakes. 3 pancakes per person.
