Introduction

I run the chicken through a food processor to get a finer texture. (Almost looks like Tuna salad) Use low fat Miracle Whip to lower fat and calories.     Dash Pepper
    1/4 tsp. Cilantro
    1/4 tsp. Dill (optional) I don't use it always
    4 Tlbs. Miracle Whip
