Tuna Fish Under the Broiler

Introduction

My mom made this for me all the time when I was a kid. This is the full-fat version, obviously if you choose to use low fat cheese and mayo it will be better for you! Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 can tuna
    1 tbsp mayonnaise
    3 slices whole wheat bread
    3 oz shredded cheese (I prefer cheddar)
    Old Bay seasoning to taste

Directions

makes 3 open-face sandwiches

mix tuna, mayo, and old bay in a bowl. Place three slices of bread on a cookie sheet, and put 1/3 tuna mixture on each, spreading to the edges. sprinkle about 1 oz shredded cheese on top of each. Place in the oven on low broil for about 10 minutes, or until cheese is browned. Serve hot!
