Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 # ground turkey
    2 Large cans tomato sauce
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    onion & garlic powder (to taste)
    black pepper
    1 1/2 cup long grain brown rice (cooked)
    1/4 cup bread crumbs
    head of cabbage (green)

Directions

In your crock pot put tomato sauce, onion & garlic powder and brown sugar and turn on while preparing meat. In a bowl combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, cooked rice and 1/2 cup of the prepared sauce. Stuff cabbage leaves with the meat mixture and put stuffed leaves in sauce(usually makes up 6). Cook on low 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
