Simple Almond Baked Tilapia

Introduction

After searching several recipes for Baked Tilapia I decided to create my own simple recipe. After searching several recipes for Baked Tilapia I decided to create my own simple recipe.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 Tilapia Fillets (1lb)
    Juice from one lemon
    2 cloves menced garlic
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1/2 cup sliced or crushed almonds

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.

Mix lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Place Tilapia fillets on a baking sheet coated with non-stick spray. Pour mixture over fillets and sprinkle with almonds.

Bake for 15 minutes in 350 oven or until fish flakes.

Makes 4 servings.
