Chicken Salad for sandwiches

Introduction

I use leftover chicken breast to make this. It is a bit dry compared to the usual way chicken salad is made. But you could add a bit more yogurt if desired. Ingredients

    160 grams cooked boneless, skinless chicken breast, chopped fine
    1/4 bell pepper(any color), chopped very fine
    2 Tablespoons low fat mayo
    2 Tablespoons Fage 0% yogurt

Directions

Just shred or pulverize the chicken, add finely chopped pepper, mayo and yogurt. Stir till well blended. Serves 3. Make into sandwich or serve on crackers.
