Introduction

Feeling blue? Get a an antioxidant pick-me-up with this good for you treat. A little twist on the banana almond smoothie, one banana has been replaced with a cup of blueberries. Give it a try! Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 Small Banana
    1 cup 1% milk
    1 cup blueberries (fresh)
    1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp Almond extract
    1/4 tsp Nutmeg
    Ice Cubes (about a cup)
    Water to desired thickness if needed

Directions

Add all ingredients to blender..... blend..... drink!!
I mix the milk with the extracts and nutmeg the night before to save time and let the flavors infuse. It's a great on-the-go breakfast or snack!
