4 Tilapia Fillets (1 lb)
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 cloves menced garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup sliced or crushed almonds
Mix lemon juice, garlic salt and pepper. Spray a cookie sheet generously with non-stick spray. Spread 1/2 of the almonds on the pan. Place fillets on top of the almonds. Spread lemon juice mixture over the fillets and sprinkle with the remaining almonds.
Bake for 15 minutes or until fish flakes.
makes 4 servings.
