This is supposed to be 3 T serving, but you won't be able to stop! I eat a double serving every time... you will too!

Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    2 cups, frozen peas, thawed
    6 T water
    4 avocado, peeled, seeded
    3 T lemon juice
    1 t salt
    3 T fresh cilantro
    Mrs. Dash, SouthWest Chipotle spice

Directions

Makes about 3.5 cups. Serving size is 3 TBS.

Whiz peas and water in food processor until smooth. Add all others and pulse.
