My Favorite Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

    1/2 cup vanilla yogurt or part-skim ricotta cheese
    1 cup 1% milk
    1/2 cup frozen berries, any kind
    1 tsp flavored extract (I prefer almond extract)

Directions

Throw everything in the blender and hit start. Makes 2 1-cup servings.
