Smothered Steak

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 cup onion chopped
    2 10.75 oz cans of cream of mushroom soup
    2 lb round steak

    2 cups uncooked minute rice
    2 cups water

Directions

Slice meat into 1 inch cubes. Put steak, onion, and soup in a crockpot and stir. Cover crockpot and cook on low heat for 8-10 hours.

Bring 2 cups water to a boil. Add 2 cups Minute Rice. Cover and remove from heat. Leave covered 5 minutes, then fluff rice with fork.

Put 1 cup rice on a plate (or bowl) cover with smothered steak and serve.
