Low fat Low Carb Tiramisu Pudding

Introduction

Much better for you than traditional tiramisu. Must be made at least 2 hours ahead of time. Much better for you than traditional tiramisu. Must be made at least 2 hours ahead of time.

Ingredients

    16 ounces no fat or low fat cottage cheese
    8 ounces no fat or low fat cream cheese
    1 ounce Kahlua
    2 tablespoons Dutch cocoa powder
    1 teaspoon instant coffee
    1 1/2 cups splenda or sugar
    1-4 tablespoons skim milk, to thin

Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. If mixture is too thick, thin with skim milk. Blend well.
Pour into a serving bowl or individual dishes. Refrigerate, uncovered, for 2 or more hours. Serve topped with a spoonful of whipped cream or nondairy whipped topping, if desired. Cover and refrigerate any leftovers
